To do it in situ, cut ply 12-18mm as you wish, to fit exactly inside on the existing floor. bash some holes in the existing floor(for ventilation). fix 1"x1" all round the perimiter of the ply to the ply. then fix the 1"x1" to the sides of the shed(you will only have access to the uprights). this will restore the shed wall to floor fixings..
